Who we are?
I am an American who lived for most of his life along the shores of the Mediterranean sea. For almost 20 years I was working for the Microelectronics industry, and during 2007 my wife and me decided to live in Medan, where most of the members of my wife's family are living.
Making cheeses at home is a tradition of thousands years in most of the Mediterranean countries, including: Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Palestine.
My dairy education came from one of the boutique dairy experts in the Mediterranean zone where I lived. He taught me most of the secrets of yogurts and cheeses making. I am proud to be the first to introduce the Mediterranean style of natural and healthy home dairy in Indonesia.
